At Chimes Israel, youngsters with developmental disabilities begin receiving care from as early as three months until age three - critical years in a child's long-term development.
In 1996, Chimes opened Tel Aviv's first-ever center for very young children with disabilities in conjunction with the Municipality of Tel Aviv. Staff works with each child and his or her family to design an individualized plan that considers needs, strengths, and personalities. Paramedical professionals - such as occupational, physical and speech therapists - work one-to-one with each child.

The children currently enrolled in the program also benefit from small, interactive group activities focused on developing socialization skills and fostering creativity and curiosity. And at Chimes, staff offers workshops and individual sessions to parents, providing them support and practical guidance in raising their special-needs children.
