Need qualified employees? We can help! Community Employment Services provides vocational training to individuals and assists them in securing employment in their communities. Individuals either work on contracted enclaves, which is a team of individuals supervised by a Chimes staff member, or they work in an individual placement, where they are directly hired by an employer.
Once an individual is placed in community employment, whether in an enclave capacity or an individual placement, ongoing job supports for training, counseling and/or mediation continue throughout the life of the position. These supports are in place for the employee as well as the employer to assist with any questions or concerns that may arise.
In Delaware we serve employers in all three countries. In Maryland we serve the metropolitan Baltimore area, including surrounding counties.
