Guided by the philosophy that every individual has the right and ability to fully develop his or her potential, Chimes individually tailors its programs to meet the specific needs of each client.   Every client - regardless of age or developmental level - is involved to the greatest extent possible in making informed decisions about the nature and direction of his or her care. Personal goals are set together with clients and their families and an individualized plan is developed to implement them.
