Work Services - Virginia   The most significant expansion in Chimes Virginia's history is just beginning. The agency has been licensed as a qualified provider of day program services in Fairfax County, and its first referrals are starting to arrive. When it is fully operational, the program will be very much like Chimes Maryland's Liberty Club. Both are based on the "clubhouse model," in which the participants make decisions together about how the "club" is managed, and each person decides individually about which vocational, recreational, volunteer, or clubhouse-based activities he/she wants to pursue. The club is designed to serve people whose developmental or behavioral problems make it difficult for them to adjust to traditional work or vocational programs.
