Chimes Delaware provides opportunities for people to work in the community under supervision. Employment is available through individual placements or as part of a team of workers.
Our work teams travel to job sites and work together with the job coaches who train and support them. These arrangements are often in the fields of food service, clerical work, packaging, assembly, and custodial service.

We also provide individual placements for employers seeking one or several workers. Workers learn the duties of these jobs before they become official employees, and a job coach supports them at the work site. Placements include office workers, mail clerks, stock persons, grocery baggers, and janitors.
Competitive Employment
We train, place, and support people in full-time jobs, with competitive wages and benefits, inbusiness and industry. We bring together the employer and employee on an individual basis, matching each person's capabilities to the requirements of the job.
