Community Residential Rehabilitation (CRR) Services: Provide moderate term transitional housing plus psychosocially based rehabilitation to mentally ill adults. Based on an apartment living model, these programs support people served in adjusting to community life, learning to manage their illness and live independently.

MISA: Program designed similar to traditional CRRs as described above, but with services structured for individuals with both chronic mental illness and substance abuse problems.


  Short Term Supervised Living: Provides short-term (7-30 days) transitional living for mentally ill adults who need a stable living situation, psychosocial supports such as medication monitoring, lifeskills assistance and short-term case management.

Supported Living Outreach: Assists mentally ill adults in locating and accessing affordable housing of their choice. Provides a range of flexible support services designed to help the person served maintain his or her own independent living situation.
