The American Society for Quality (ASQ) developed a case study highlighting Chimes Quality Journey, using the Baldrige Criteria as a road map.  ASQ has provided Chimes with its resources including quality tools, trainers and financial support through the Community Good Works program to develop Performance Metrics.  We are very pleased to be chosen as a case study for ASQ.
